The catalogue
Every line below is built to order. Pick a product, send your artwork, approve the proof — production runs 3–6 business days after that.
Materials
Seven materials, and the difference between them is something you feel rather than read. Here is each one, and what it is best at.
Embroidered patches
Thread stitched onto a twill backing — the oldest patch method and still the most recognisable. An embroidered patch has real texture: you can feel the design under your thumb, and the raised stitching catches light in a way no printed surface does.
Best for
Club, unit and squadron badges

PVC and rubber patches
Soft PVC moulded into your shape, flat or in raised 3D relief. PVC is the choice when a badge has to survive weather, water and cleaning — it does not absorb, does not fray, and wipes clean.
Best for
Tactical, marine and outdoor use

Enamel pins
Metal pins struck from a die and filled with enamel colour. The two finishes behave differently: hard enamel is polished flat and feels like jewellery, soft enamel leaves the colour recessed below the metal lines so you can feel the design.
Best for
Club, unit and membership pins

Challenge coins
Struck metal coins with raised relief on both faces. A challenge coin is meant to be handled, so the weight, the edge and the depth of the relief matter as much as the artwork on it.
Best for
Unit, squadron and service commemoratives

Custom keychains
Keychains in the same materials as everything else we make — struck metal, moulded PVC in 2D or 3D, or embroidered fabric tags — finished with the hardware you choose.
Best for
Corporate gifts and giveaways

| Material | How it is made | Finest detail | Edges | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Embroidered patches | Thread stitched onto twill | Limited by stitch width — very fine print closes up | Merrowed border or hot-cut | Uniforms, jackets, club and unit badges |
| PVC and rubber patches | Soft PVC moulded to your outline, flat or 3D | Moulded detail down to about 1mm | Die-cut to the artwork, no edge to fray | Outdoors, wet work, anything that gets wiped clean |
| Enamel pins | Struck from a die in metal, filled with enamel | Fine — thin lines and small lettering survive | Die-struck to the outline | Lapels, corporate gifts, membership badges |
| Challenge coins | Struck metal with raised relief on both faces | Fine relief; reverse can be engraved | Die-cut to any shape, not only round | Presentation pieces and commemoratives |
| Custom keychains | Struck metal, moulded PVC, or embroidered tag | Depends on the material chosen | Die-cut or merrowed, by material | Corporate gifts, giveaways, tourism retail |
