The material
PVC and rubber patches
Soft PVC moulded into your shape, flat or in raised 3D relief. PVC is the choice when a badge has to survive weather, water and cleaning — it does not absorb, does not fray, and wipes clean.
- Waterproof and weatherproof PVC does not soak up water or hold dirt, and it does not fade in strong sun the way thread and ink can.
- Edges that never fray The badge is moulded to shape, so there is no cut edge to unravel however complex the outline.
- Real 3D relief Layers can be raised at different heights, which gives logos genuine depth rather than the suggestion of it.
- Sharp colour separation Each colour sits in its own moulded channel, so lines stay crisp instead of bleeding into one another.
